Shipping & Costs

When you reach the checkout you will see that there is no charge for shipping, that is because we offer free shipping worldwide! You will receive an email notification confirming your order once we have received confirmation of payment. 

Currencies

Our base currency is USD (United States Dollar) though you can view our products in SEK (Swedish Krona), GBP (British Pound) CAD (Canadian Dollar), AUD (Australian Dollar) and EUR (Euro). These values are there to let you know how much you will be paying in your chosen currency, when you reach the checkout your order will be processed in USD at the current exchange rate.

International taxes and duties 

Please be advised that if you order from outside of the EU you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes on the goods purchased, the amount payable is decided by your local customs office and will be decided once the shipment reaches your country.

You should contact your local customs office for a breakdown of costs you may be liable to pay. You are responsible for any costs you may incur due to import taxes and duties for clearance through customs. These costs can vary from country to country so we advise you to contact customs to determine any costs you may have to pay if you think that it may apply to your country.

Due to the nature of customs your item may be delayed, SideRoot is not responsible for any taxes/duties/fees or delays that may occur. You will receive an invoice from your local customs office if any duties or taxes are owed.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 working days within Sweden, 6 working days within EU and 9 for ROW (Rest of the World). We will not be held responsible for any delay in shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional circumstances though we will do our very best to solve any problems that may arise from such issues. So please don't hesitate to get in contact if you need assistance/advice or help with such matters.
