We have 30 Day Returns Policy. It means you can return your SideRoot sunglasses within 30 days from purchase for a refund or exchange. Simply send back your items in the original un-used condition and packaging with a print out of your receipt and we'll refund you the cost of the glasses! Send your items to our address:
Please note you, as a buyer, are responsible for covering the cost of sending the sunglasses back to us. We recommend using trackable courier, as we cannot be held responsible for any items being lost in the post. We will notify you as soon as your returned product arrives and process the refund / exchange request within 24 hours.
Once your item becomes eligible for a refund, we will credit the amount to the original method of payment used when making a purchase. If you requested an exchange, we will send you your new pair within 24 hours.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange request once 30 days have passed from purchase or the sunglasses and original packaging appear to be worn or damaged in any way. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Our warranty period lasts one year from the day of purchase and covers manufacturing faults only, not breakages from misuse. If you need to return your glasses follow these easy steps:
Email us at info@sideroot.com with your invoice number which can be found on your receipt (if you require another receipt then tell us and we can send you another one). Let us know what item you are returning, what the problem is and if you require a refund or an exchange.

After we have received your returned product we will don our Sherlock cap and verify the fault then refund your purchase! After inspection we aim to have your refund in place within 7 business days.
